Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on boldcelebration.co.uk. The store is run by BirthdayBold, 43 Bullfinch Close, Sevenoaks, TN13 2BB, United Kingdom (hello@boldcelebration.co.uk). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Your order

When you place an order we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation. Each item is printed to order after you buy it. If we can't fulfil your order (for example, if a shirt colour or size becomes unavailable), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before your order goes to print and you can cancel for a full refund.

3. Products

We show our designs and shirt colours as accurately as we can, but screens vary and printed colours may look slightly different from product images. Sizes may vary slightly between shirt styles, so please check the size guide on each product.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping policy for details. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they're delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Cancellations, returns and faulty items

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll replace or refund faulty, damaged or misprinted items. See our Refund policy for how this works. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Designs and intellectual property

All designs, text and images on this site belong to BirthdayBold. Buying a shirt doesn't give you the right to copy, resell or reproduce the design.

7. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses, or for loss that wasn't foreseeable. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Your information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
