Shipping
Every BirthdayBold shirt is printed on demand by our production partner after you order, so please allow time for printing as well as delivery, especially if you need it for a particular birthday.
How long will it take?
- Printing and packing: 2 to 5 working days after you order.
- UK delivery: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- In total: most orders arrive within 4 to 9 working days of ordering.
These are estimates, not guarantees. They can be longer at busy times, especially from mid November to December, so for a birthday on a fixed date please order at least two weeks ahead.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Shipping costs
UK delivery is free on every order.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
Multiple items
If you order several shirts (for example a family or birthday squad set), they may be printed in different places and arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking.
Problems with delivery
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. Because each shirt is made to order, we can't change the address once your order has gone to print. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email hello@boldcelebration.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out.
