Returns & refunds

Every BirthdayBold shirt is printed to order just for you. We want you to love it, and if something isn't right, here's how we'll put it right.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Just email hello@boldcelebration.co.uk with your order number.
You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
We'll refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you've posted it, if earlier). We may reduce the refund if the item has been worn or handled more than needed to check it.

Damaged, faulty or misprinted?

If your shirt arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you usually won't need to send the item back.
